Essential Kits: We provide a complimentary set of essential amenities, including soaps, shower gels, shampoos, toilet paper, and detergents. Guests are responsible for restocking these items at their own expense once they run out during their stay.

During the verification process, you will have the option to buy a non-refundable Damage Waiver (USD 55 per stay) as an alternative to a traditional refundable Security Deposit. This Damage Waiver provides coverage against accidental damages to the apartment during your stay. If you choose not to purchase the Damage Waiver, you will be required to pay a Security Deposit in cash or credit card (debit cards are not accepted) at check-in, before you can access the apartment. The standard deposit amounts are as follows:
